We Are Now is an online hub for disadvantaged and queer youth. We have developed an app as part of our project and wanted to solve these problems: Support, Online Space & Safety, and Communication. Our app will have a VelociChat which has Communication Service, Text & Voice, and Anonymous chat that you can use when you are feeling down or want to talk to people. We also have a helpline and a panic button.
We aim to be Charity Funded by and connected to NGOs Volunteer-led Donations. The information we provide is open-source and we have security procedures that include a report button to report accounts and unlock safety chat as a result.
