FLP gave me the opportunity to just be me and work towards something important and have fun in the process
From coming up with the slogan big cats, small cats, adopt don’t shop to researching sustainability and the difference between adopting and profiting from animals, Le Chat was a project that Bethan. Daisy and I decided were right for us. We all have pets of our own and felt it was right for us to do as we are all passionate about how animals can be treated in today’s society. Looking into making our very own Cat Cafe and having an animal rights activist personally speak to us to give us advice on how we can expand our knowledge to make our Cafe even better! And it just started off by us being interested in the word ‘Environment’ and being in a small group and using the materials around us to construct a small village, and from that was our idea of making our own sustainable, eco-friendly Cat Cafe, Le Chat.
